How We Work

Face to Face Interaction

Because we need to understand your business and situation thoroughly, we begin the process of helping you resolve your debt issues by having a face to face meeting.  These meetings can last a few hours as it’s vital we obtain all the information about your company’s debt situation so we can let you know how we can help you and what the outcome of that help would be.

Keep your Options Open

Even if the only option is to wind up the business and/or declare bankruptcy, we can help you come away from it with as much as possible.  Because we work for you throughout this process, we are always on your side, our only aim is to leave you in the best position after your debt situation is resolved.

Clear Set Fees

Once we have established how we can help you, we ask you to pay our fee upfront, so that it doesn’t add to your debts and give you something else to worry about.  With that out of the way, we can formulate a detailed step by step plan to achieve the best outcome for you.

Allowing You to Move on After Debt

As soon as you engage our services, we take the problem of your company’s debt away from you so you can focus on either building your business back up, moving on to a new venture or just recovering from the stress of dealing with the problem alone.  We also work with Accountants, Business Advisors and Insolvency Practitioners to help their clients get the best outcomes from their debt situations.

Take the Stress of Debt Away

We then get to work in resolving your business’s debt problems.  Depending on the situation, we can negotiate with creditors including HMRC, the bank and any other creditors.  We’ll help you organise finances, assets and support you in discussions with employees and family members about the situation.

If you are concerned about Business Insolvency or need any form of Business Rescue services, do get in touch to see if we can help.
