These meetings can last a few hours as it’s vital we obtain all the information about your company’s debt situation so we can let you know how we can help you and what the outcome of that help would be.

Even if the only option is to wind up the business and/or declare bankruptcy, we can help you come away from it with as much as possible. Because we work for you throughout this process, we are always on your side, our only aim is to leave you in the best position after your debt situation is resolved.

Clear set fees

Once we have established how we can help you, we ask you to pay our fee upfront, so that it doesn’t add to your debts and give you something else to worry about. With that out of the way, we can formulate a detailed step by step plan to achieve the best outcome for you.
